American Girl: Hair Care Kit 1

American Girl wanted the little girl to learn how to care for the dolls.  They give them the tools to do that.  

The first Hair Care Kit came out in 1993 and a different version was available through 2018.

Hair Care Kit I - comes with a pink cape, spray bottle, hair brush, curl rods, curl paper, and instruction. 

 Hair Care Kit II - comes with a blue cape, spray bottle, hair brush, curl rods, curls paper, and instruction.  

Hair Care Kit III - comes with a new style cape in purple, spray bottle, hair brush, curl rod, curl paper, bobby pins, pick, and instruction.

  Hair Care Kit IV - comes with a new style cape in pink, a spray bottle, a blue hairbrush, curl rods, curl paper, bobby pins, a pick, and instruction.

The first hair brush was plastic and embossed with Pleasent Company on it.  The second brush was plastic with a sticker.  The third was wood with Pleasent Company and the last is wood with American Girl.

  The first cape comes in pink and both light and dark. It also comes in stamp Pleasant Company and later American Girl.
