Skipper shoes pointed & round

 Have you ever noted the Skipper flats shoes are pointed and round?   The Japan shoes come in pointed & round.  But Taiwan & Hong Kong are round.  I have looked at some of the NRFB clothes and some of the later clothes have pointed.  So that means the pointed are in early clothes and later clothes.  I first thought the pointed shoes came first, but now I do not know.  Any thoughts on this?
