Tressy owned a penthouse apartment and a salon.

Here's what I know about the penthouse:

American Characters created the Tressy Penthouse.

It includes a sofa, chair, ottoman, coffee table, living cabinet with TV, lamp, radio, books, photo, kitchen table, 2 chairs, kitchen cabinet, bed, 2 stools, rug, room divider, outdoor table with umbrella, and plants.

The Tressy Penthouse apartment has two versions, each with a different instruction booklet.
